By accessing or using Board Rankings Pakistan (accessible at boardrankings.pk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Disclaimer of Official Affiliation

Board Rankings is an independent analytical platform engineered by Hyphen Co. Ltd. We are NOT an official agency, department, or administrative affiliate of the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) or any other provincial Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE).

All examination marks, roll numbers, and institute codes are compiled directly from public educational gazettes. Official mark sheets and verified certificates must be obtained directly from your respective educational board.

3. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

Our platform is provided free of charge for individual students, parents, educators, and researchers. You agree NOT to:

  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or spiders to extract large volumes of data for commercial resale without prior written authorization.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise server infrastructure or CDN edge caching.
  • Misrepresent ranking percentiles or institutional grades generated by our mathematical engines.

4. Intellectual Property

While raw examination results are public records, the proprietary ranking algorithms, normalized institutional scoring models, user interfaces, branding, software code, and analytical visualizations are the exclusive intellectual property of Hyphen Co. Ltd.

5. Third-Party Advertisements & Links

Board Rankings features third-party advertisements via Google AdSense and links to external university websites. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party websites or services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Board Rankings provides all analytics, comparisons, and tools on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% mathematical precision against official gazettes, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from academic or career decisions made based on platform analytics.
