This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, utilize, and protect your information when you visit our website, utilize our rank discovery tools, compare institutions, or interact with our career counselling portals.

2. Nature of Educational & Ranking Data

The academic performance records, roll numbers, institutional affiliations, marks, and percentiles displayed on boardrankings.pk are derived strictly from official, publicly released gazettes published by authorized educational boards in Pakistan, including the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) Islamabad.

Under Pakistani law and educational governance norms, gazettes are public records disseminated for transparency, verification, and academic documentation. Board Rankings computes statistical aggregations (such as national percentiles, institute pass rates, and candidate ranks) using standardized open algorithms to foster merit and institutional excellence.

3. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising

To maintain Board Rankings as a 100% free service for all students across Pakistan, we partner with third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies (such as the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve advertisements based on a user's prior visits to boardrankings.pk or other websites across the Internet.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve relevant advertisements to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

  • Clerical Correction: If your board has issued a revised gazette or notification altering marks, send us the official notification for verification.
  • Name Redaction / Masking: Candidates may request their name to be masked on public leaderboard views upon verifying student identity.

6. Information Security
