1. How to Download Your FBISE Online Roll Number Slip

The Federal Board releases digital roll number slips roughly 10 to 14 days prior to theory examinations for both Regular and Ex/Private candidates:

  1. Access the Conduct Portal: Navigate to the official link at portal.fbise.edu.pk/fbise-conduct/slips/.
  2. Choose Search Mode: You can retrieve your admit slip using either:
    • Option A: Student Name + Father's Name (exact spelling as registered).
    • Option B: Previous Roll Number + Examination Year.
    • Option C: Online Admission Form Confirmation Tracking Number.
  3. Print on Standard A4 Paper: Print your slip clearly in color or grayscale. Ensure the barcode, student photograph, and center superintendent seal area are sharp and legible.
Attestation Rules for Private Candidates

While regular school candidates receive slips stamped by their institution principals, Ex and Private candidates must have their printed online slips attested (along with one recent passport photograph) by a Gazetted Government Officer (Grade 17+) before entering the examination center.

2. What to Verify Immediately Upon Download

Do not wait until the night before the exam. Carefully review the following four fields:

3. How to Correct Name Discrepancies on Gazettes & Transcripts

If your name or marks on our Board Rankings Scorecard or the official board gazette contains a clerical error:

  1. Check the official FBISE result gazette PDF to determine whether the typo exists in the primary board database.
  2. If the error is in the official FBISE gazette, submit an online correction application via fbise.edu.pk under One-Window Services accompanied by your NADRA B-Form and primary school leaving certificate.
  3. Once FBISE issues your corrected revised marksheet, send an email to boardrankings@gmail.com with your roll number and revised gazette snapshot to have your digital scorecard updated.
